What is the Mindful Rebel all about?

The Mindful Rebel was born out of my 15 years as a psychotherapist. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people with anxiety, depression and with over all change in their lives. Certain things became clear as a result of this experience; There are not only gaps in how we address mental health, but huge gaps in how we are living our lives.

Most people have many restrictive beliefs that are holding them back from going after what they want in life. They allow shoulds and expectations from others to guide their path. They find themselves in a life that they never really intended, with no idea of how to change it.

The Mindful Rebel philosophy is a call to action.

To rebel against societal expectations. To Disrupt your own beliefs that have created a life, that doesnt actually bring you happiness.

The Mindful Rebel encourages you to wake up and be more conscious about your life. To live life on purpose, to no longer drift through life, reacting to the things that come your way. It encourages you to stop being at the mercy of your circumstances, to rebel against what has happened in your past and to find your power again.

The Mindful Rebel is an invitation to stand in your own power.
